Q. Why are your prices so much cheaper than everywhere else?

A. The high volume of magazine subscriptions that we sell allows us to negotiate special discounted prices with the various publishers. There are no catches to our prices...all you pay is the price that is listed. You will get your subscription and at the lowest price. That's our guarantee.

Q. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

A. On average, you will receive your first issue 4 to 12 weeks after you place your order. Generally, weekly subscriptions will take about 4 to 10 weeks to start and monthly subscriptions will take 6 to 12 weeks to start. There is very little difference in the processing time whether one orders directly through the publisher, or through a subscription reseller, like This time period applies to both new subscriptions and renewals.

Q. Can I renew a subscription I am already getting?

A. Absolutely. You will see the option to renew on the magazine page. Please note that the publisher processes renewals within a similar timeframe as mentioned above (4 to 12 weeks).

Q. If I am renewing a subscription should I also tell you when my current subscription ends or the subscription number?

A. No need to do that. The publishers will already have you in their database. All you need to do is ensure that the name and address you give us is the same as the name and address of your current subscription. The publisher will take care of the rest.

Q. What is your refund policy?

A. We offer our customers a 90 day money back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied within 90 days of placing your order, then contact us and we will issue you a refund for any remaining issues. We guarantee that you will get your subscription within a maximum of 12 weeks, but on average, all it takes is 4 to 8 weeks.

Q. Can I send a subscription as a gift?

A. Yes. Just enter the recipient's information in the 'Shipping' section. On the receipt page or order status page, you may also order a free gift E-card to be sent as well.

Q. How do I send different magazines to different addresses?

A. To send subscriptions to multiple addresses, please list the additional addresses in the comments section of the checkout page. Please be sure to note which magazines are going to each of the shipping addresses.

Q. What happens after my order is placed? How is it shipped?
A. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Soon afterwards we will submit your order to the publisher through our clearinghouses. The publisher will then add your information to their database and will ship the magazine to you via the U.S. Postal Service. After you receive your first issue, your account can be handled by the publisher, and has access to your account. As mentioned above this whole process takes 4-8 weeks, on average.

Q. Are there any additional charges such as shipping & handling?

A. No. There are no additional fees at all. The price that is listed for each magazine is all you pay.

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We can ship only to the 50 U.S. states.

Q. How do I change the information on the shipping label of my magazine?

A. To change the information on your mailing label, please visit our order status page. You will need your order ID and email address on the order to lookup your order status. On the status page, you can change your address by clicking the change address button next to the magazine subscription. You may also change your mailing label by sending us an email to or visiting our contact page. Please be sure to provide us with your name, address and order ID, so that we may properly assist you in a timely fashion.

Q. What form of payments do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We accept orders via our website and by phone.

Q. I am adding a magazine to my cart, but the cart appears to be empty. What is wrong?

A. In order to properly shop at our site, you must have cookies enabled. Cookies allow your browser to remember your cart information when you jump from page to page. If magazines are not properly being added to your cart, and you do not know how to turn on cookies, please contact someone at customer support to receive help with this issue.

Q. What happens if a publisher stops printing and mailing a magazine I purchased through you?

A. Periodically, a publisher may fold or cease printing a title for various reasons. In the event of such an occurrence, the publisher will automatically switch your subscription over to a different magazine with comparable content. If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with this replacement, please contact us and we will fully refund the remainder of your unused issues.

Q. Will you share my information with third parties?

A. We collect your information for the express purpose of fulfilling your order with the respective publishers. We never release your phone or email to anyone including the publishers. We use your phone and email only to aid in fulfilling your order, and to resolve any order problems that may arise. Your name and mailing information are sent to publisher in order to fulfill your purchase. Each magazine publisher has their own privacy policy with regard to sharing your name and address with their respective third parties. If you wish to not receive any solicitations within the postal mail, they will always offer you a form of opt out.

Q. Will you auto renew my subscription?

A. No. We do not auto renew our customers' subscriptions. However, 2 to 3 months before your subscription is set to expire, we will send you a friendly reminder email letting you know you should renew.
